Appointments,

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Upon making an appointment with Revolutions Hair Studio you will be required to pay a deposit of 30% of your total service fee. The link to pay a deposit will be sent to you via text message. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in loss of your deposit. If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment date.

If you are running late please let us know & if time does not permit us to complete your service we may shorten or reschedule your appointment.

As a courtesy to other salon guests & our efforts to offer a relaxed professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your own children at all times in the salon for the interest of their safety. We please also ask that all clients bring headphones for devices or they are on silent as not to disturb other guests.

Refund

Policy

At Revolutions Hair Studio we pride ourselves on providing excellent service & customer care.

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within 5 days of your service.

If you are not satisfied with the service performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfactions by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost. This does not include change of mind.

Policy

Revolutions Hair Studio fully adheres to the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information. We will never share your private information with any individual or company.

What should I do to prepare for my tan?

  • Any hair removal treatments such as shaving or waxing should be performed at least 24 hours before your appointment

  • We recommend that you exfoliate your skin all over before the tan so that your skin is even & the tan stays longer

  • After showering do not apply any products on your skin such as deodorant or moisturiser

How do I maintain my tan?

  • When washing after your tan do not use any harsh soaps & do not scrub the skin

  • Moisturise after washing the tan & do not use deodorant that contains alcohol as this can remove the tan

  • To keep your tan lasting longer you can use a tinted moisturiser
